Nova College of Pharmacy has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell (TPC) that works towards enhancing the employability, professional skills, and career readiness of students in the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
The Training and Placement Cell regularly organizes career guidance programs, soft-skill development sessions, communication skills training, interview preparation, and aptitude training.
Students are provided exposure through industrial visits, hospital training, community pharmacy training, internships, and in-plant training programs. The college also facilitates guest lectures, expert talks, and interactions with industry professionals to bridge the gap between academics and industry requirements.
The institution actively collaborates with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, research organizations, and academic institutions to support campus recruitment, internships, and placement opportunities. Final-year students are guided and supported throughout the placement process, including resume preparation and interview readiness.
On an average, 60–70% of eligible students secure placements or pursue higher studies, with many others opting for entrepreneurship, family pharmacy practice, or competitive examinations.
The salary packages offered generally range from 1.8 LPA to 4.5 LPA, depending on the domain, recruiter, and student competency.
